Troubleshooting

Resolve common setup, preview, voice, and rendering problems.

Preview does not load

  1. Restart Poko Motion and reopen the project.
  2. If the problem persists, open Studio’s Logs drawer.
  3. Filter to preview or error entries, and copy the relevant messages before contacting support.

No voices appear

For a BYOK provider, save a valid key in Settings → Voices, then return to the voice picker. Confirm the selected voice has a language configured.

Render or capture fails

Check that:

  • Source files still exist.
  • The project has free disk space.
  • Any URL is publicly reachable.

In Studio, use the Logs drawer to filter debug, info, warning, or error entries, then copy visible logs or open the log file for support.

Credits or access

Refresh billing information from the desktop sidebar after topping up or changing plans. Project quotas and concurrent agent capacity depend on your plan; a plan without queueing can reject a second run instead of holding it.
