How to Create Multiple Product Videos at Once (Without a Video Team)

You don't have a "make a video" problem. You have a "make twelve videos" problem - a demo, a Product Hunt cut, a changelog clip, three social variants, an onboarding walkthrough - and a tool that only lets you build them one at a time.

That one-at-a-time constraint is why most teams ship one video and call it done. The fix isn't working faster inside a single editor. It's running several video builds at the same time.

Poko does this with an Agent Canvas: a Figma-style infinite canvas where each AI video agent is its own node. You point an agent at a source - a repo, a website URL, a PDF, or a PowerPoint file - and it writes the script, builds the scenes, and adds motion on its own. Then you start the next agent next to it. On the Agency plan you can have up to 5 agents running simultaneously, and a Smart Queue automatically holds any extra jobs until a slot frees up.

The result: instead of a serial to-do list, you set up a batch of videos in a few minutes, let them build in parallel, and come back to a canvas full of near-finished drafts to review. Each renders locally - on M-series Macs, Poko renders a 30-second video in under 60 seconds - so there's no cloud upload queue between you and the finished MP4.

Here's how the workflow actually works, and when it's worth doing.

Why one-video-at-a-time is the real bottleneck

Most video tools are built around a single project open in a single editor. That design quietly caps your output at one video per work session, because your attention is the serial resource.

Look at what a normal launch actually needs:

• A 60-second product demo for the homepage
• A shorter, punchier cut for the Product Hunt launch
• A changelog clip for the release notes
• Two or three vertical social variants
• An onboarding walkthrough for new users

That's six or more distinct videos from roughly the same source material. Built one at a time, each with its own setup, review, and export, you're looking at a multi-day project - so in practice, teams ship the demo and skip the rest.

The bottleneck was never rendering speed. It was that you could only supervise one build at a time. Remove that, and the launch kit becomes an afternoon.

The Agent Canvas, explained

The Agent Canvas is the piece that makes parallel work feel manageable instead of chaotic. It's a Figma-style infinite canvas, and each video agent lives on it as a node you can drag, zoom, and pan around.

Practically, that means you can:

• Place one agent per video and see all of them in a single view
• Drop text labels anywhere to group agents - "PH launch", "onboarding", "socials"
• Keep your layout persistent, so the canvas stays organized between sessions

Because every agent is a separate node with its own source and its own chat history, the videos never bleed into each other. Agent 3 building your changelog clip has no effect on Agent 1 building your demo.

The mental model to hold: the canvas is your production board, and each node is a video that's building itself while you look at the others. You're supervising a batch, not babysitting a timeline.

Running 5 agents in parallel (and letting the queue handle the rest)

On the Agency plan, up to 5 agents run at the same time. You don't manually stagger them - you kick off each one and Poko's Smart Queue handles overflow: anything past your active slots waits automatically and starts the moment a slot opens.

A realistic setup for a launch:

1. Point Agent 1 at your homepage URL for the main demo
2. Point Agent 2 at the same URL, then tell it in chat to make a shorter, faster cut
3. Point Agent 3 at your changelog PDF for the release clip
4. Point Agents 4 and 5 at the demo brief for two vertical social variants
5. Queue a sixth job for the onboarding walkthrough - it starts when slot 1 finishes

You set all six up in the time it used to take to brief one. The takeaway: your job shifts from making each video to directing a batch and reviewing the output.

A real batch workflow: the launch kit in one sitting

Here's the sequence I'd actually run for a product launch, start to finish.

Set up (about 5 minutes). Open a fresh area of the canvas. Add one agent per asset, each pointed at the right source - the landing page for the demo, the changelog doc for the release clip, the same landing page for the social cuts. Label the cluster "Launch - [date]".

Build (parallel, hands-off). Start all five active agents. They each write a script, build scenes, and add motion and transitions. The queued sixth job waits its turn. You're free - grab coffee, answer Slack.

Review and refine (chat, per node). Come back to five drafts. Refine each one by typing into its chat: "Make scene 2 zoom in slower," "Swap to a dark background," "Add the logo in the corner." Preview updates in real time, and edits on one node never touch the others.

Export. Render each locally to MP4 and download. On an M-series Mac a 30-second video renders in under 60 seconds, so exporting the whole kit is minutes, not a queue.

The decision rule: if two or more of your videos share a source or a brand system, build them as a cluster on the canvas - not as separate sessions.

Why local rendering is what makes batching viable

Parallel building only helps if the finish line isn't a cloud queue. If every one of your five videos had to upload and wait in a shared render farm, you'd just move the bottleneck downstream.

Poko renders locally. On M-series Macs, a 30-second video finishes in under 60 seconds, and your files stay on your machine by default - no upload wait, no cloud queue, and no source footage leaving your laptop. For a batch, that compounds: five local renders finish in the time a single cloud job might still be queued.

There's a real constraint worth naming: local rendering is built around Apple-silicon Macs, so the fast-render claim is specific to M-series hardware. If your team is on other machines, factor that in before you plan a same-day batch.

The takeaway: batching and local rendering are a matched pair - parallel setup is only as useful as the render step that follows it.

When not to batch

Batching earns its keep when you're producing several related videos. It's overhead you don't need when you're not.

Skip the parallel setup when:

• You genuinely need only one video - just run a single agent
• Each video has a wildly different source and audience, with no shared brand system to reuse
• You're still figuring out the message - nail one video first, then clone the approach across a batch

Honest version: the canvas doesn't make a single video meaningfully faster to build. Its entire value is producing many at once. If "many" isn't your situation this week, one agent is the right tool.

The rule of thumb: batch when the videos are siblings, go one-at-a-time when they're strangers.

Start with your next launch

Pick the launch you have coming up and list every video it actually needs - the demo, the short cut, the changelog clip, the social variants. That list is your first canvas cluster.

Set up one agent per item, run five in parallel, let the queue catch the rest, and refine each by chat. You'll have a full launch kit built in a single sitting instead of spread across a week.
